Ella Langley reached a major milestone in her fast-rising career, taking home Best New Artist (Country) at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The Alabama native secured the win in a competitive category that included Chase Matthew, Hudson Westbrook, Josh Ross, and Zach Top—standing out as the only female nominee. Presented by Shaboozey, the moment marked a defining step in Langley’s rapid rise within country music.
Still taking it all in, Langley admitted the night felt surreal—especially after spending much of the ceremony seated between Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus.
“I’m a little lost for words,” she said. “We’re always just trying to write a good song, so to see what that can turn into… it’s wild.”
During her acceptance speech, Langley expressed heartfelt gratitude, crediting her faith, team, and family for helping her reach the moment.
“Thank you, Jesus, for putting this passion on my heart,” she shared. “Thank you to my team—I wouldn’t be here without them. And thank you to my family for putting up with me practicing way too much. This is a dream come true.”
The win marks Langley’s first iHeartRadio Music Award and comes at a time when her momentum continues to build. In a post-show interview, she reflected on how meaningful it is to see fans connecting with her music and supporting her growth as an artist.
She also emphasized her desire to keep evolving creatively, noting that her journey has never been about fitting into one box, but about discovering who she is through songwriting and performance.
Langley’s big moment arrives just ahead of her highly anticipated sophomore album Dandelion, set for release on April 10. The project will feature her record-breaking hit “Choosin’ Texas,” along with fan favorites like “Be Her” and “Loving Life Again.”
The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards aired live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, marking a night that Langley—and her fans—won’t soon forget.
