Ella Langley Surprises Fans by Revealing a Hidden Talent Behind the Scenes

Her new single, “Be Her,” arrives February 13.

Ella Langley may already be making history with “Choosin’ Texas,” but the 26-year-old country star isn’t slowing down anytime soon. The Alabama native is charging ahead with her upcoming album Dandelion, set for release on April 10, alongside a 2026 tour and a new campaign with American Eagle.

Leading up to the album’s debut, Ella has been giving fans an early taste of the project. “Choosin’ Texas,” which first hit the airwaves in October, recently reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, and Country Airplay charts — making her the first female artist to top all three simultaneously.

With anticipation building for Dandelion, Ella has already earned strong praise for the album’s title track. Next up is her new single, “Be Her,” dropping Friday, February 13, accompanied by a music video that she recently teased with fans through behind-the-scenes footage.

The sneak peek revealed a Valentine’s Day–themed shoot, featuring Ella dressed in a black turtleneck and black leather pants against a bold red backdrop as she rehearses what she described as “hectic but smooth” choreography for the video.

Before the performance begins, Ella playfully shares a hidden talent, telling the camera, “I did choreograph two state championship–winning dance team routines. Did I mention two?” Judging by the finished video, those victories seem well earned.

In clips from the final cut, Ella sings while unseen hands pass her props — including a wine glass, a rose, a picture frame, and a cigarette — only for each item to be quickly taken away. Fans quickly filled the comments with excitement, writing messages like, “This woman is unstoppable right now” and “She stays blessing us.” Fellow country artists joined in as well, with Emily Ann Roberts commenting, “Omg this is cutie cutie,” and Hardy adding, “This is so cool.”

Fans can expect even more personal storytelling and energy from Dandelion. Speaking about the project, Ella shared, “This next record has so much growth in it. I feel the most myself I’ve ever felt. I want you to dance, sing, and relate to these songs in a way that makes you feel less alone. I want you to daydream, forget your worries, and enjoy these songs with your friends and family.”
