Thoughts: Just like the first season, I loved every minute of it. I eagerly looked forward to each new episode. It’s kinda funny that it’s a medical show, but the only thing you really care about is, do they find love? I’m happy they aren’t having a Season 3 cause I think they showed enough of these characters and we can happily say farewell to them. The only reason I rate this 9/10 instead of 10/10 is cause I feel Season 1 was a lot better. I felt way more emotions with that season. I still loved Season 2 but it definitely dragged a little bit. But like I said, I still looked forward to every episode. So good!

*Spoiler Alert*

For the majority of season 2, I was waiting to see what would happen with Jun-wan and Ik-sun. I knew they had to meet again and it was so satisfying when they finally did and he learned of her cirrhosis. Jun-wan was so sad and lonely the majority of season 2. I really felt for him. And it was interesting how Ik-jun noticed all these little things and pieced them together and did what he could to change their fate. Jun-wan and Ik-sun never lost their feelings for each other, so it was satisfying to see them get back together at the end.

My heart broke for Gyeo-wool when her mom seemingly was abused again by her father and landed in the hospital. She slowly pulled away from Jeong-won and he felt it but didn’t know what to do about it. I guess it’s tough when you have a family secret that is kinda shameful. You don’t want to tell people your dad is abusive. Her relationship with Jeong-won didn’t really seem to progress that much. I agree with other viewers that they kind of became boring. In fact, Jeong-won was kind of the most boring character to me. I liked him a lot in Season 1, but he was kinda watered down in Season 2.

In Season 1, I thought Min-ha was a bit crazy, but I grew to like her a lot in Season 2. She wasn’t so desperate and Seok-hyeong started to like her but was conflicted due to his overbearing mom. It was so funny when Min-ha fainted cause of cramps and she cried when Seok-Hyeon came to check up on her. LOL. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if Seok-hyeong was going to like her back, but I wasn’t upset when he did. I love that his character is so awkward. Would I want him as my ob-gyn? Hmmm, I don’t know but if he were, at least I’d know he’s dedicated to his patients!

As for our “will they or won’t they” couple Ik-jun and Song-hwa, I felt the shift in her after he confessed in that round-about way. They were just so sweet with each other. She was the only one who would laugh at his silly antics. Their progress was very slow and subtle but I caught all the little moments and loved it. The slow burn is really nice sometimes.
