Fans of Miranda Lambert and Ella Langley woke up to an exciting surprise Wednesday morning, September 23, when Lambert finally revealed the identity of her mysterious new collaborator.
The excitement began one day earlier, when Lambert shared a short teaser video featuring what appeared to be two women walking toward the camera in snakeskin boots. She simply teased the title “Snakeskin Boots,” leaving fans to wonder who would be joining her on the song.

As it turns out, the fans who guessed Langley were absolutely right.
On September 23, Lambert confirmed that Langley will be featured on “Snakeskin Boots,” calling her “my badass sister” while announcing that the song will arrive alongside her upcoming album, Crisco.
The highly anticipated collaboration is scheduled to be released on October 2, the same day Lambert’s new album arrives.

Lambert also appears on Langley’s Dandelion album through “Butterfly Season,” which is the record’s 16th track. Langley and Lambert co-wrote the song with Dick and Taylor, continuing the creative partnership that has already produced several memorable moments.
