Some of country music’s biggest stars, most influential creators, and legendary trailblazers are about to be celebrated on one unforgettable night as the Academy of Country Music unveils the distinguished list of honorees for the 19th ACM Honors.
Announced on June 24, this year’s class brings together icons, hitmakers, innovators, and industry leaders whose impact has shaped country music in profoundly different ways. From award winning artists and songwriters to groundbreaking organizations and cultural contributors, the list reflects the wide reach of the genre’s influence both inside and outside of music.
Among the most talked about names is Kacey Musgraves, who will receive the ACM Spirit Award, recognizing her unique artistic vision and contributions to country music. Eric Church will be honored with the ACM Lifting Lives Award for his charitable efforts and commitment to making a difference beyond the stage. Legendary songwriter and performer Bill Anderson will receive the ACM Icon Award alongside entertainment entrepreneur Mike Curb, celebrating careers that have left a lasting mark on the industry.
The prestigious ACM Poet’s Award will be presented to acclaimed songwriter Brett James and the legendary Carter Family, whose influence helped shape the foundation of country music itself. Meanwhile, C2C: Country to Country will receive the ACM International Award for expanding the genre’s global reach, and the hit television drama Landman will be recognized with the ACM Film Award for its contribution to bringing country culture to wider audiences.
Additional honors include the ACM Service Award for Scott Zolke and the ACM Lift Every Voice Award for Leslie Fram, recognizing their dedication to advancing and supporting the country music community.
The evening will also celebrate some of the industry’s newest success stories. ACM Artist Songwriter of the Year Ella Langley and ACM Songwriter of the Year Jessie Jo Dillon will receive special recognition, further highlighting a new generation of talent making a powerful impact on the genre.
Returning to host the event for an impressive sixth consecutive year is Carly Pearce, who will be joined by first time co host Parker McCollum. The pairing brings together two of country music’s most recognizable modern voices for what promises to be one of the genre’s most anticipated celebrations.
The 19th ACM Honors is set to take place on August 19 at The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee. While performers and presenters have yet to be announced, anticipation is already building as fans wait to see how the Academy will celebrate a group of honorees whose influence stretches across generations.
For one night, country music’s spotlight will shift away from charts and awards races and focus on something even bigger: honoring the people, stories, and legacies that continue to shape the heart and future of the genre.
