The new coaching lineup on The Voice is already showing some serious musical chemistry.
Ahead of Season 30, Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, Queen Latifah and country star Riley Green teamed up for a special performance of The Band’s classic “The Weight,” giving fans an early taste of what this new coaching panel could bring.
Riley Green kicked things off on acoustic guitar, bringing a warm country feel to the performance. Adam Levine followed behind the drums, taking the opening verse before the other coaches joined in.
When all four voices came together, their different musical backgrounds blended into rich harmonies.
Queen Latifah then stepped into the spotlight with her signature soulful style.
With Clarkson and Levine returning and Green and Latifah making their coaching debuts, Season 30 could bring plenty of music, personality and friendly competition. If this performance is any indication, the chemistry is already there.
